I’m jogging!

This mornings run went great. I haven’t posted in a while but I want to start posting more. I’m training to run a 10 K April 28th. This morning I ran 3 minute intervals and felt I could go longer. I ran longer for my second one and was able to run over 4mins before I decided to rest. I can’t wait for Saturdays run. I think it will be a good one.
